hi,glad to see ur comment. can I please ask some questions ?
I have been suffering this for about 4years and I also found out that the key point of this disease lies in gluten. so this year earlier I began to eat low-gluten diet for 3months,and I did see the decrease of stranger's weird reaction to me. but it doesn't totally disappear. I guess that is because my lax low-gluten diet. so I'd like to try again in a very strict way.

thus i want to know could i gradually incorporate other low-gluten food when I finish the 6-weeks non-gluten diet and back to normal or still stick to the gluten free diet for life?
