Hello
I am 4 months pregnant. I feel irritation and I feel like always scratching. I tried applying oils too but nothing helped much. I read your post today and found out that vitamin D3 reduces cramps.
I am taking vitamin D3 daily. I am also taking calcium, iron and folic acid tablets. Please suggest something to come over this irritation issue.
