My firt ever cleanse was with a mixture of natures answer tincture and DE and it id kick out some really big things but didnt cure me (probably beacuseof the intense nausea and the fact that I got freaked out and stopped) I then went on to markus rothkranz' formula nd reduced my populations nicely but not completely. I discovered that a herbal anti candida thin from naturesbest helped reduce a specific stuff that was blocking my guts. This time I intend to use a smaller dose of tinctures plus markus's stuff plus the anti candida stuff from naturesbest and see how I do. I know it will reduce populations but I am unsure of a total cure. If I am brave enough I will fast too and will in the new year (between family birthdays!) do some tincture cleanses and see how things go. The way that I see it, one has to do ones own observations and learn as we go. I dont think that there is a specific formula that cures everyone and all of our infestations and our bodies react differently to the medicines.
