Are all these liver fluke treatments doing more damage to my liver?

I have liver flukes, really bad systemic candida and likely a tapeworm.

Did ivermectin 4 weeks ago- no noticeable results. Finished triclabendazole last week- no noticeable results. Starting praziquantel + albendazole next week.

Have tried Wormwood , Black-Walnut and clove tinctures- with lots of antifungals but only got dull aching pain in my lower left abdomen- so bad that I had to stop!

I do coffee enemas, low carb, no Sugar diet! Tried candex, iodine, enzymes, oregano oil and caprylic acid for yeast- but nothing is working!

If anything that pain in stomach is stronger the more I treat. Western doctors are dismissive and stool samples came back negative despite having dead flukes and white pods in sample! I'm losing hope - you guys are my only hope. Help please!
