I take the Iodine in water, perhaps juice maybe more palatable.
The only changes I can think of were upping doses from 12 drops to 24 last week,as detox was driving me nuts, not to mention the PMS was a whammie. I thought upping maybe the go, it did help the PMS, (my husband is still alive) :-)
I have also started high doses of vit C, previously I was only on a maintenance dose, but read here that high doses of vit C were recommended while detoxing.
I don't want to stop completely as I feel great, and feel the Iodine isn't finished with my boobs yet. I'm hoping this terrible feeling in my thyroid means it's finally woken up from a long long slumber. But it does worry me a little. I will try the 3 days on and 2 days off.
Thank you again it helps with the Iodine process when one feels she or he isn't alone.
