Hey, I've done some short fasts (~days) before but I've always fallen back to poor eating habits. I'm doing another 3-day fast to reset and I have a few questions.

Should I do any other detoxing before starting or just jump right in?

Will fasting cover all aspects of detoxing? Is it really a cure-all?

Also, are enemas recommended?
