I'm pretty excited for tomorrow. Today is my last day and it's been quite a journey. I'm honestly surprised and really proud of myself for making it through my set goal. I now hope my refeed is as successful as the fast.

I just juiced up my grapefruit for tomorrow and oh man does it smell good! Can't wait to enjoy it for the next couple days.

I will keep you posted on my refeed.
