I made a big mistake...I ate food! I should've had more discipline.I let temptation take me over.But as they said, dust yourself off and try again...which is what I will do today. Everyone makes a mistake. Is there such a thing as a partial Master Cleanse? Can someone reap benefits at even 4 days? Not everyone has the time to do 10 days or more...HELP!
