thanks for letting me know. i didnt even think about them being synthetic. i ended up not taking them because i felt better after a few days. i only took them in beginning because people freaked out and i just thought it would be easier to listen to them. i didnt really know much about Water Fasting before i began and had only done 3 days just water before so this is all a major learning experience for me.
