Hey thanks For helping me out ive actually started the fast and im at 20hours now.... so yeah ill do the cleanse after the fast
And a few quick questions any tips to manage the hunger pangs its not that i feel like eating its like my stomach is telling "give me something to digest u idiot " hope itll go away or lessen on day 3 i think
Also in drinking boiled well water in my home its clean and since no one supports my fasting as they think im starving wont be able to buy and arrange any other type of water so how much water should i drink and do i need to do anything else than just drinking water as needed throughout the day
