Hello! I am new here and I came here looking for support with fasting. I have VERY weak will power and I was hoping to find a few people to help me do a 2 or 3 day water fast. I'm hoping to do 3 days (Friday to Sunday inclusive). I've got into a bit of a bad cycle with eating badly (I'm either VERY healthy or VERY unhealthy in my food choices!) I feel I need to reset my whole body and would love to join you (and anyone else reading this) in a water fast. Hope I am join you on your journey!:) Best wishes,
