Hang in there! I felt really bad yesterday. I agree no swf or tea for you! Whenever I have my period I always have diarreah or alot of BM anyway, that could be why you are going so much. Make sure you drink alot of water!!! Tomorrow is a new day, just remember that. I couldnt believe how much better i felt today, when yesterday i was just about ready to throw in the towel:-)
