I've been on the Candida Diet for a year now but my bowel movements have still not improved. I only eat veggies, meat and olive oil.

I have a bowel movement maybe twice per week.

I eat bags of veggies per day but I still cannot increase my bowel movements.

What are the opinions on senna? Does it have an antifungal effect?

I don't want to take a laxative with too strong an antifungal property because I'm trying to slow the rate of die off. When I go too deep into die off it will slow down my immune system.
