I'm sorry about your struggles.
You'll appreciate the article on Chronic Fatigue at this site.

I'm also sorry to hear you live in Canada. That will likely limit your options and make the problem more difficult. Big government solutions such as socialized medicine can help people or keep people from getting what they need.
This man whose case I followed for a few years had to struggle with the system up there. His adrenal problem was much worse than yours.

I know a couple of other people up there who struggled to get help. At least one came to the US.
Hopefully you had fatigue not insomnia or an amped up feeling on the day you took the saliva cortisol test!
If adrenal insufficiency is actually the cause of your problem I doubt that a combo of adrenal cortex glandular, vitamin C, Vit B5, zinc daily plus licorice extract on the worst days will be enough. I assume you'll need some hydrocortisone or similar.
Is progesterone cream also only available with a doctor's script up there. I think pregnenolone and DHEA both require a script up there; whereas they are OTC here. That does not mean they are without risks if taken thoughtlessly. It is best to be working with a doctor that does hormone balancing. A close female friend and I both chose Functional Medicine doctors.
If chronic, low dose mercury poisoning is a contributing factor, adrenal support won't be a fix-all, it will just help. Mercury causes fatigue by damaging a number of systems in the body.
