i'm new to Master-Cleanse and was not aware that the Espen question has been discussed many times!! thanks for enlightening me!!
in that case it's very strange that they still have the page that i found posted on curezone.com as if curezone itself condoned the exercise. i think this should be remedied as soon as possible before beginners like myself get confused further. we are already confused enough as it is!! :p
