Thanks for the reply. Sorry I have been so busy I havent been able to get on here. That was the only day i experienced nosebleeds so idk what was going on. when i started the fast i was taking a bunch of vitamins but they were causing me heartburn so i stopped after about 2 weeks of dealing with that. when i was in high school i was told i was borderline anemic so i wonder if it has something to do with my iron levels. im going to try to start taking at least a multivitamin and see how that makes me feel.
