Hello, I have been undergoing chemotherapy for 2.5 years now and will be finished next month. I have been doing lots of research on the best ways to cleanse the body of all the toxins and chemicals that I've ingested. I think the P&B Colon Cleanse will be a good place to start, but I was wondering for how long/what part of the body or organ to cleanse next/what kind of diet I should follow during and after. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
