Day 15! Feeling pretty good minus these huge canker sores in my throats and back of mouth. Super painful when I swallow but seems to be normal according to the other threads.

My sternum pain is still here although I hear the inflammation popping throughout day when I stretch. I understand this probably wouldn't get better unless I went over 21 days. I'm not sure I'm ready for that yet. Perhaps with this time and after refeed the anti inflammation pills will start to work.

Anyway. Down 25 pounds. Really hope with proper refeed, exercise and adopting a healthy lifestyle (not binge drinking booze) I'll maintain the weight loss and get fit again.
