Try to stay away from spices, including salt for a few weeks, let your body learn to get salt out of vegetables.

I am advising you but I have done that in many of my fasts. I craved lemons so I would eat a whole lemon with Himalayan salt.

Now I just eat raw fruits and vegetables.

Also hopefully you are not consuming salt from supermarket.
