I am having surgery tomorrow and am a dedicated believer i the benefits of fasting to the human organism.

The anticipated recovery time from this surgery is 10 months-1 year. I had almost the same surgery last November-- the surgeon messed up so it needs to be redone more extensively -- but the healing has taken that long. I will do intermittent dry fasting as part of an extended Water Fast this time for a minimum of 40 days (hopefully twice that, depending on how my body is responding).
