Thank you. You're always so supportive. I appreciate that. I got guilted today by my one daughter who has an eating disorder that this is triggering her so it's been extra tough mentally. I told her I've got to put myself first now. It's for my health. She's a young adult and I realize I've got to focus on my own health & diet rather than hers. I want to be celebrating this because it's a huge accomplishment for me even so far. It's a reset as well on everything including my relationship with food that had been screwed up. It's a new beginning.
