I just squirt a dropper full along with 4-6 drops of Lugols into my coffee in the morning. Sometimes I'll put another dropper full and some more Lugols into a bottle of water for later in the day. Depends how I feel that day.
I have been supplementing with Iodine for a couple of years now, and this is what works for me.
