Hi

I have some issue which is causing problems in helping me conceive. The doctor has told me to reduce some weight before i start t plan . I am 10 kgs overweight and this will result in a lot of problems later for the baby and me. he has also asked me to consult a nutritionist and a dietitian, who can help me with that and go for regular walks and exercises to reduce weight.
