75% caused by alcohol
15% caused by spicy foods
5% smoking
5% caused by other foods. i had the same problem alcohol being the main cause, even after drinking small amounts of alcohol, as the irritation caused by alcohol and as well with interfering with the gut flora it can take some time. so it might take weeks to a month of not drinking alcohol to see a improvement.If you dont drink alcohol then i would have a celiac test done
