Sounds like what I went through. I cut out the wheat and Sugar and drinking more water. I eat more foods with natural fiber and a laxative effect Iin them. At times I had to take a fiber supplement. I only used enemas in cases where when all failed then a water and salt enema would be prescribed to me by my doctor.
