I've been taking serrapeptase for a couple of weeks now, 120,00iu at night before bed. I've had decent results with reduced inflammation, but I've been reading about people taking mega-doses of like 240,00iu three times a day and getting better results. Has anyone here ever done that? I want to start with 120,000iu twice a day, then go to three times a day, then maybe increase from there.
