Dissolve some Sea Salt in the coffee, it will help you retain it. Play around with amounts to see what works best for you, start with 1/8th teaspoon and slowly move up until you find the amount that allows you to retain the full 15 mins. Yeah turmeric is great stuff, just make sure you buy high quality non-irradiated organic not the cheap stuff at the grocery store if you can help it. Stick with what you are doing, as gross as it is it is much better to get that stuff out. Stay positive -Justin
