At day 29, at 40kg... Very very frail - I never experienced true hunger, nor on any extended fast. Not one bit... But my family advised that I stop because of other health reasons - primarily extreme low weight, risk to heart from electrolyte depletion.
You may never experience true hunger, like me, or you may experience it early but stop when your body gives you cues and have someone look out for you because sometimes your sooo deep in the fast you can't see yourself or the cues like others can. Be well!
