Hey all, So Iv'e been on my Water Fast for 7 days, planning on doing a 40 but I'm going to listen to my body. I'm a little worried about my potassium levels.

There is a supplement called 'Potassium Ketone Salt' by Nutricost on Amazon. 1 serving is 2528mg of potassium and 6410mg of beta-hydroxybutyrate.

I'd like to know what your thoughts on this... safe? etc.
