Just make sure to read all the 1 star Amazon reviews on this particualr brand. Maybe another brand will have less side effects for those sensitive to side effects. I don't remember which brand I took, but it wasn't this one and I experienced similar side effects as some wrote in the 1 star reviews. Someone also wrote "To my disappointment I found they offer a deal in exchange of a review so most "great" reviews are probably not reliable. There are no refunds or exchanges."
