Yup, my eye doc was not sure so he did all checking again, he told me that I was wearing wrong glasses. Why was I wearing eyeglasses with higher power than needed? I told him that he is the one prescribed that to me, he went through my records for past few years and agreed that my eye sight has gotten better. He asked me if I was doing anything to improve eye sight, I told him just good food. If I told him I fast regularly he would not have believed me anyway.

Yes, go ahead fast.
