Hi Cathmm,
I am starting my fast tomorrow, Monday, August 14th, 2017. I will be sure to let you know how it goes. I will be tracking my results here and I also started a blog on Cure Zone.
What fast are you doing? Water Fast or Mc or other? Have you lost weight so far?
I hope you keep going. From what Ive read the first 3 days are the hardest.
