Hi,
I did my first Liver Flush in Hulda Clark 's method 5 months ago and it was successful as I releases some very little pea shaped stones and some green green foam, aso colonic irrigation was not available, I did back to back water enemas before and after and it worked! Even though I felt constipated for a week,my digestion and appetite were best than ever! I was doing Liver Flushes to get rid of my horrible Acne and after my 1st liver flush, I thought I went away forever because I was super clear for 2 months after Liver Flush and I did eat a complete pizza and lot of dairy products on the go and didn't breakout out at all. But after 3 months, I went to normal,that is usually I breakout whenever I eat a even a little piece of junk. Usually I eat an Elimination Diet (no sugar,no dairy,no gluten) and my pimples returned as long as I ate junkies. So for some reason, I was scared to attempt the 2nd one but now when I'm ready to do so, I'm in doubt that would it be the same short term results for all of the Liver Flushes in future? Coz I heard someone sat that it happened to them, the short term results after each Liver Flush and Acne came to normal again everytime. So can anyone please help me how to avoid such situation and how to get permanent results i.e., even if eating junkies I couldn't break?
