I saw dr yu also and he prescribed those exact dosages for me, except at 1 week on, 3 weeks off. I`m 108 pounds. I haven`t taken it yet! I`m afraid of the die off, I`ve been trying to build my health in general beforehand. so I don`t have an answer for you, but
please post how it goes, I will when I finally start, maybe a couple weeks, not sure..
