Thank you for posting your experience. A great evidence that fasting does reset your mind and body so it does not crave for p ocessed junk.

Most people fail when they are told that you have to have protein and people give into eating heavy meats. All plant life has protein in it. An elephant, the biggest animal with need of huge protein lives on leaves and does not eat every day.

A good thing you are going to a beach. Planet earth (water) is the best electron donor and sucks out all positive electrons from your body which are accumulated in our body from electronic gadgets, radiation from electricity, bad foods, environment (gas fumes, industrial waste), etc. This happens when we are connected touching planet earth directly, ocean water is the best conductor.

You all may benefit from watching Dr. Tennant and Earthing videos on YouTube.
