I indicated mostly water a can or two a salt tablet and magnesium tablet keep me energetic. Sure soda Sugar and non is shit for you but while caffeine can affect digestion it is a pick me up and hasn't stopped my weight loss. I'm at about kg a day. Soda tricks your body into thinking its food that's why there are so many issues with it.
