Hey everyone I wanted to say I concluded my fast of 8 days and I resorted to clean eating I'm eating vegan for a little until I can transition back to vegetarian or maybe I will stay here as a vegan. I have given up preocessed sugar and I feel great no achy brain no headaches I feel a lot of clarity. I've been fasting since 2013 in quartly increments. But this time around after my fast I've been craving Lime juice like crazy! Like so bad almost addict like today I had to drink 3 limes in a cup. Has this happened to you? I was reading that I might be low on acidic stomach juices. But that's the reason I stopped my fast, at night I was regurgitating almost to the point of coming out of my mouth. Can you enlighten me on why I'm craving Limes?
