This issue was raised by someone else but did not get a relevant answer. I do not have diabetes and my blood Sugar is always in the normal range. After breaking a three day fast, my blood Sugar rose to 195 after a meal that would normally raise it far less. What caused this unusual elevation of my blood sugar, and has this happened to many others after breaking an extended water fast?
