I wasn't able to get Grade B syrup from any stores where I live, and mail order was far too expensive for my limited budget. I'm on day 12 using Grade A and I've felt fine the whole time. Guess it just depends on what you can get. The book also mentioned that Sorghum could be used but it wasn't near as beneficial as maple syrup.
