No one can help you but you yourself. You have taken a first step towards winning the battle, by admitting the problem you have. You also have started eating fruits and vegetables, which is going to heal you.

You see how addicting the junk foods are, you are actually racing to the drive-through to satisfy that crave.

So you need to make the vegetables and fruits taste much better by adding a few ingredients to it and eat these foods regularly.

You can do this.
