I'm trying to eat only fruit and veg (mostly fruit and potatoes) before fasting. I've greatly increased the amount of fruit I eat over the past four months. Fast food gets me every.single.time though. I feel awful after but I still hit the drive thru when I'm busy.
I could use some encouragement. Thank you! :)
