Day 28 - need help!

So far today I've nearly fainted twice and had two bouts of cold sweats and it's only 10:30am.

I'm at work so I'm going to have to do something if I don't start feeling better. I.e break my fast. I don't want to but if I can't keep conscious then what's he point lol

If any of you have any advice please say as soon as you can 👍
