My first day was Sunday as well. Wahoo! SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) is gross I tried it really warm this morning and found it a little easier but I still couldn't finish the whole thing (left about 4 oz). Not that it caused any problems, it all came out and quickly. It's day 3 and I'm feeling good today, I had MASSIVE cravings the first two days (making lunch and dinner for my kids doesn't make it easier) but today I seem to be fine (knock on wood). Hang in there, I look forward to reading how your cleanse is going.
