Yes. I take 9*500mg together with breakfast lunch and dinner. I didn't apply to my lips. Only twice onto my belly everyday and 500mg each.

The Korean group used less dose if u remember correctly. But having found that EPO barely has any side effects. I took around 100mg/kg of my weight as suggested by other studies to treat other skin diseases
