I love these research posts. I might have taken EPO in the past, but I may have stopped due to digestive issues.

You wrote that you take 9 capsules, 500mg each per day and also apply it on your belly. Since your digestive issues, do you still take nine 500mg capsules per day, which is 4500mg per day? Do you take it every 2 hours, and is this the dosage used in the study? How often do you apply it on your lips and belly?
