Emotional distress made me eat, i read your good advice after I ate I think, I cant remember, in fact I am ok now because of what you wrote, and what's better because of what that person said i cant wait to succeed :)
Hate to say it but today is that planned eating day, and oh I was gonna eat whatever
But tomorrow is day 1
