Hi, I'm new here, but been reading posts for a while. I'm a huge fan of homeopathy. I've have used it with great success with my family o really the last 23 years . I'm now hoping it can help me. I have severe phobia of the dentist and teeth which has lead to severe tartar., tooth decay and gum disease. I truly believe my body knows how to heal itself if I give it the right tools. I have been oil pulling for 6 months. 10 days ago a huge piece of tartar fell off a tooth which exposed a some decay. Whilst I should have been happy the healing process ohas started it lead me into complete panic mode. I have been unable to break out of this and in fact I'm getting worse. It's all I think about and the tooth feels increasingly vulnerable and uncomfortable. As well as oil pulling I'm trying to use turmeric., I'm taking a multi vit, cow 10, vit c, and vit d. I'm brushing with a homemade remineralising toothpaste. Today I'm taking cal carb 200. I desperately need encouragement and any ideas of things that have worked for you. Has anyone had success with visualisation? Thanks for your help.
