I am wondering if anyone can lend perspective on the condition of my scalp and these things I noticed falling off of it (look like black things in shower so eventually picked one up and began taking pics through my hand held microscope). Not the best quality but have saved samples even -because it is a little scary. Sorry for poor quality  hand held microscope with iphone being lined up with hole in microcope  

An eyelash that fell out - thought I'd look at it too  

Began noticing itchy scalp and thinning hair. 

Mentioned to doc.

Doc said my scalp looked dirty (it wasn't but it almost immediately gets covered in a grey substance so looks like a forest and filthy. 

Said to try tgel.  Did tgel and selsun blue for a month or so - began to notice things in pics falling off in shower. 

Brought pics into doctor. 

He gave in and gave me some irvamectin and said use permethian.  

Broke out in big rash on back and neck - sunburn looking red/painful; looked like bite marks. Assumed it was due to stirring things up. 

Nose nearly completely blocked with large black stuff sticking out (things look creepy with closeup pics so need to be careful to not panic lol)

It seemed to help after a couple of rounds but now have coal, white blobby substance, or black round bubbles coming out when shower. Easy to pick up off of tub. Nose will swell up and get blocked but if i soak in epsom salts it will get worse initially and then better.  

Am a clean person so I don't get it but I also have noticed that our medical community rejects notions such as yeast or parasites. Thats too bad because isn't a few rounds of diflucan better than steroids?  

Im sorry to take up too much time in here. Just praying someone can tell me if they can identify these things Ive gotten pics on - and am also sending pics of nose after epsom salts and when dry. Sorry - its actually cleaned along with my ears after every shower so please know I do clean myself properly. Also - a fuzz develops in ears within an hour of each shower. Have not included pics of black things that seem to grow in there too or the web looking hairs that look like transport routes lol but can if anyone is interested. Id love to add to the dissemination of information  on these matters. Environment is messed up and foods are toxic in some cases so may be seeing new things.  Or...maybe I just have a yeast overgrowth and need to stop eating carbs for a year. 

P.S. - nose has smell like feces coming from it.  Lots of wildfires so maybe its unrelates  im also willing to accept that it may be my mind making something out of nothing.  I just know I began noticing these things in my showers and baths - coming from my scalp.  Ill try to get better pics of the scalp as well and I have fresh samples of the above daily, although its less than it used to be
