They looked like pink grapefruit fibre which they couldn't have been because we strained it through a sieve and cloth with the olive oil.
I stoped the coffee enema for 3 days and now back to normal. I do the enemas for clarity of thinking and pain relief. As I only want the golden coffee bean effects I only used 300ml of water just to get the coffee in which should not be too disturbing for my bowels.
Doing a flush on Saturday so it will be interesting to see if I have more Gallstones on my low carb high protein and fat diet??
