Looking gaunt, lost voice...

First day back at work after few away. Everyone is really shocked at the change in me. I hadn't noticed it but my voice is going and im looking rather gaunt. I can see the edge of my eye sockets and I'm looking drained. I hope it doesn't get any worse. Does any have any advice?
